Our approach focuses on attitudes and skills essential to building high-performing team cultures: 

  • We help each individual on the team (through self-reporting, stakeholder interviews, and 360 reviews) to identify her/his next developmental “edge” for growth and then we coach the individual with those few critical goals in mind
  • Learn about each team members strengths and struggles and determine new ways of working

STEP TWO

If we both agree that I’m the right coach for you, we’ll set up an initial coaching engagement. For both individual and team coaching, I recommend a min 6 month program to set you and/or your team up for true transformation.

STEP THREE

For Individual coaching we meet F2F or online via Zoom at either fortnightly or monthly intervals for a powerful conversation, you apply your learnings in between coaching sessions and enjoy accelerated progress towards your goals.

For team coaching we meet F2F at quarterly intervals for a team transformation workshop which is supported between workshops by a 90 day action plan that is designed to drive optimal outcomes and sustained performance.
